WRITE AND PREDICT


1. Three things that are going to be challenging during this project are the ticket prices, picking the right players and getting good value for the sponsorship's.

2. The 2 areas I think I will excel at in this project is picking the right city and picking the right promotions.

3. The most important aspect of the Franchise is setting the right ticket prices in order to make the most money of the tickets.

Sony got involved in piracy when there thousands of  personal emails were hacked and released from Sony. Sony was in a case versus Universal Studios where a company recording television shows for personal broadcast was sued by Universal, Sony WON.

MGM was involved in a piracy case that was held in court. The case was called MGM Studios vs Grokster. Grokster sued MGM for copyrighting a device. MGM won case.
